  • Josh Hall 

    Senior Pastor

    Josh Hall came on staff as an intern to the pastor in 2011 while attending Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. After graduating, the church called him into this more permanent position on staff. He married his best friend, Sarah Hall in May of 2009, and the two enjoy spending time with one another, playing music together, and watching movies. They also enjoy their new baby boy Bo who was born in April of 2015.  Josh loves Jesus and he wants others to come to know Jesus in a real and personal relationship. 

    Josh also has a passion for West Memphis and is excited to minister to FBC as well as the entire city!

     

  • Billy beech

    Associate Pastor for Children and Family Life

    In 1987 FBC West Memphis was blessed to have Bro. Billy Beech join our family. Since 1989 Bro. Billy has served on staff as Children's Pastor. Currently Bro. Billy serves FBC West Memphis as our Children and Church Activities Associate. Bro. Billy has a heart to serve the Lord and to work with children. He has a great personality and his desire is to see others come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. He lives in West Memphis with his wife of 37 years, Martie. He enjoys spending time with his three children and five grandchildren, playing golf and hunting. Bro. Billy serves as a reserve police officer and chaplain for the West Memphis Police Department!

     

  • Steve SMith

    Associate Pastor for Missions- Emeritus

    Bro. Steve Smith has a long and rich history with FBC West Memphis. From his youth he served this church in different capacities, from deacon to lay youth director he showed great passion in serving Christ here. In 1985 he was called by FBCWM to serve full time as our Family Life Minister. Over the years he has served in several different capacities and found a special calling towards missions. After 29 years of service he retired from full time ministry but he still helps out as our Missions Pastor Emeritus!  

  • Hector florez

    Associate Pastor for Primera Iglesia Bautista


    Brother Hector Flores was born in El Paso, Texas and his lovely wife, Lety, is from Chihuahua, Mexico. Hector Flores has 30 years of ministry experience serving our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. Brother Hector and his wife Lety have a great desire and passion to help, reach out, and serve the Hispanic community in West Memphis, AR. His ministerial experience includes preaching the Gospel, family ministry, prison ministry, addictions, ministry for the homeless, marriage ministry, evangelism and radio ministry.
